By accessing this website and booking services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Copyright & Image Use

All images created by Mottern Milestones remain the copyright of the photographer.

Clients receive a personal-use license to download, print, and share images. Images may not be:

Sold

Edited or altered

Used for commercial purposes

without written permission from the photographer.

2. Model Release

By participating in a photography session, clients grant Mottern Milestones permission to use images for:

Portfolio

Website

Social media

Marketing and advertising

Clients may request privacy in writing before the session.

3. Booking & Payment

A session is considered booked only after payment or deposit is received.

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

4. Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled due to:

Illness

Weather

Emergency situations

The photographer reserves the right to reschedule if necessary.

5. Image Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered through an online gallery within 4 weeks.

Raw/unedited images are NOT delivered.

6. Artistic Style

Clients acknowledge they are familiar with the photographer's editing and shooting style.

Final images will reflect the photographer’s artistic vision.

7. Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of:

Equipment failure

File loss

Illness

or Emergency

Liability is limited to a refund of the session fee.

8. Website Use

All content on this website including images, text, and branding may not be copied or used without permission.
